CALLING ALL ARTISTS:
Adults, Teens, Kids to submit their own personally created art--preferably framed or on wrapped canvas or on artboard–-for exhibition at the Burlington Irish Heritage Festival 2026 Art Show from March 1-March 31.
Graciously hosted by the Fletcher Free Library in Burlington, VT, this family-friendly non-juried event is free.
Artists: Because neither the Burlington Irish Heritage Festival nor the Fletcher Free Library is responsible for your art, please insure. Drop your carefully packaged art, labelled with your name, address, phone number, and printed artist bio and description of how this submission speaks to you with respect to Irish Eyes. Then Label it: ATTN: Barbara. Drop art at Fletcher Free Library front desk where staff will add your submission to the Irish Eyes Art Show collection box. Then the library staff plans to hang your art on the walls in the Fletcher Room from March 1st thru March 31st. Please retrieve your art by April 1st.
All mediums are welcome: acrylic, watercolor, oil, ink, pencil, photograph; or, even, crayon.
Subject: What comes up for you when you think “Irish Eyes”? Could be “Irish Eyes” on a scene, town, person, sea, sky, farm or wild animal you remember from a real or imagined trip to Ireland. Whatever lovely image bubbles up when you dream up “Irish Eyes”.
You do not need to be Irish to submit your art.
